Yes, that time of year - the curious more-Texan-than-Mexican holiday that immoderate drinkers can use as an excuse to get absolutely shit-faced on tequila shots and Margaritas. That's certainly what I shall be doing - probably at Montezuma's.... and then 12 Square Metres.... and then..... Well, unfortunately, unlike last year and the year before, I have been unsuccessful in attempting to keep May 6th clear of work commitments, so I shall have to try to exercise some restraint.
And yes, you have seen this post (or most of it) before. Recycling is good for the planet, remember.

Not sure if I am going to make it out tonight. I was planning to, but then a very delightful, though unexpected, dinner date popped up at the last minute last night, and while I was restrained, the lack of sleep combined with a few beers is leaving me a little cranky today.
At least you're not coming off a four-day (no, make that five-day) bender, interspersed with eight o'clock starts at work.
At least, I hope you're not. Because that would make even someone with my renowned saintly tolerance a little cranky.
I hope you're going to get a decent margarita somewhere tonight.
I don't really like margharitas. Though I am in a very good neighborhood for them, as we have a large Latino population just down the road (to the extent of store signs in Spanish only). It's heavily first generation El Salvadorean, but there are some Mexican pockets.
